Enrique Iglesias (born May 8, 1975) is a multi-million album selling singer from Spain. Born in Madrid, he is the son of Julio Iglesias and Isabel Preysler, and the brother of Chabeli Iglesias and Julio José Iglesias.
In 1996, he released his first album in Spanish, the self titled Enrique Iglesias, which included mega-hits Por Amarte, Trapecista, and others.
By 1999, Iglesias had begun a successful cross-over into the English music market. "Rythm Divine" was what introduced Iglesias to audiences world-wide by becoming a number 1 hit. In 2001, he released his English cd, Enrique, his song Hero becoming a number one hit in many places.
